The results start with the players.
St. Johns Volleyball Club runs on Coach Andor’s coaching. More than 12,000 players have trained on his systems, with him and with the coaches he trained.

Players who started young, and kept going.
The systems were built for one thing: a young player who touches the ball more, learns the standard early and keeps improving.
- Into college volleyball.A large number of the players he has coached went on to play in college, some at Division I programs, many of them starting with him at a young age.
- State championships.High school programs running his coaching systems have won state championships.
- Here, the first seasons. The club’s 13U team went to AAU Junior Nationals in Orlando in 2025, most of them in their first or second year of club. Every team plays Daytona in December.

- 2015 · The franchiseThe first franchise coaching system in volleyball: a club or camp anywhere could run his practices, his standards and his language, the same way every time.
- 2015 · The OODA LoopObserve, orient, decide, act: the fighter-pilot loop, turned into how a player reads the game. It became Read The Game, Slow The Game, And Eliminate Pressure®.
